We view sponsors as an important part of our conference. We hope you will benefit from our conference as much as we know we will from your participation. With this in mind we want to share some information with you about our conference and our sponsor program.
A standard booth consists of a table 6’ x 4 ‘ with a tablecloth. Please remember to bring Material Safety Data Sheets (if appropriate) for display materials. We understand and encourage friendly competition, but please remember this is an opportunity for fire marshals to gather factual information to take back and share with their departments or agency. If you need electricity for your booth or require other special needs, please remember to note this on your registration form.
Your registration cost of $150.00 covers sponsorship of one of our breaks. During the break you sponsor, you may either display your own sign or we will provide an 8 ½” x 11” sign acknowledging your support. You are invited to join us during any social events and for our banquet Thursday night. Your registration includes one ticket for Thursday night. You may purchase additional banquet tickets at the conference during registration or you may order them in advance on the registration form.
Enclosed is a copy of the conference agenda for your reference. Please note we intend to provide you with two to five minutes for you to highlight your product to the association. If there is anything we can do to enhance your conference participation, please let us know.
