Resignation letter from Robby Stevenson to President Eddie Watson:

It is with deep reservation that I must resign from my position of 1st Vice President of the SCFMA, effective May 2nd, 2008.

On May the 3rd, 2008 I will assume the position of Assistant Chief of Emergency Management and Prevention. I just wanted to tell you and all the members of the Executive Board that it was an honor and privilege to work with and be associated with a great bunch of people. I plan to stay a member of this great association; however I will not be attending the conferences. Lee Funderburk will assume the City's Fire Marshals position starting May 3rd, 2008 and he will be attending all the conferences. I feel that Lee could be an asset to this association if given the opportunity.

If I can be of any assistance to you, the Executive Board or the association please let me know. I wish the best of luck to you, all the members of the Executive Board and the South Carolina Fire Marshals Association.
